For more than 20 years, the George Rushin Golf Group (GRGG) has been bringing together golfers through friendship, sportsmanship and a shared passion for the game.
The group was founded by George Rushin, whose vision began with a single four-ball at King David Golf Club. As more golfers joined, George took on the responsibility of organising weekly tee times, and what started as a small gathering of friends soon evolved into the respected George Rushin Golf Group.
When King David Golf Club merged with Mowbray Golf Club, the group naturally made the move together, continuing the tradition of friendship and fellowship that has become its hallmark.
Over the years, GRGG has grown into a well-established and managed organisation. Today, it operates as a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) with its own Constitution, Executive Committee and governance structure, ensuring the group’s legacy continues for generations to come.
Led by Captain Nathan Adriaanse, the George Rushin Golf Group is committed to promoting the values of respect, camaraderie, integrity and giving back to the golfing community.
